Meet our founder
Amo Motukisi is a strategy consultant turned trade-tech founder — with deep roots in African trade, banking, and development finance.
After years advising financial institutions, DFIs, and government programs across Southern and East Africa, Amo saw a pattern repeating: African SMEs were eager to export — but the tools, information, and financing didn’t reach them.
She built Trade-Match.io to bridge that gap.
Amo’s work spans strategy for major banks, trade corridor development, SME funding schemes, and cross-border fintech research. She’s obsessed with one question: how do we build systems that actually work for African entrepreneurs?
Trade-Match.io is her answer — and an open invitation to partners, funders, and ecosystem players who want to build that future, too.
